Development Proposal
On Monday, December 10, representatives of Main Third Bowl, the current owners of 120 N. Green, met with the NoWL Development Committee to present the details of their proposed zoning change to the property, which currently houses Nellcote and RM Champagne Salon on the ground floor. The building owners would like to increase the number of residential units in the upper floors of the building from 12 to 46. The project would also include the introduction of a rooftop deck for the use of the tenants. No other modifications are proposed to the exterior of the structure. The building does not currently have parking and no parking would be added through the project.

Committee Feedback
The committee did not identify any concerns with the project, voicing their support for the rezoning of the property.
