According to Muñeca Bellucci, owner of Cielo Wellness, “cielo” is Italian for “heaven” or “sky” or even a term of endearment similar to calling someone “honey.” She wanted a name for her business that was fresh and different when she opened 5 years ago.
Muñeca chose the West Loop for her business because she saw the potential of what the West Loop was going to be. “The neighborhood keeps on growing. The diversity of people, very friendly…bringing health and wellness into [the neighborhood] was a plus,” she says. The ability to partner with other area businesses continues to bolster her choice of the West Loop. “It’s in the middle of everything,” Muñeca states.
Located at the corner of Monroe and Green, Cielo Wellness offers various types of massage including Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Sports, and Stone. They also have a Mobile Chair Massage service that will bring the massage to you at your office, home, or event.
In fact, Cielo Wellness will be offering chair massages in the VIP tent at the Neighbors of West Loop Craft Beer festival on June 13th. VIP passes include access to the massages along with food tickets, wine from City Winery and much more.
