The West Loop Craft Beer Festival is almost here! If you have already purchased tickets to the festival, thank you for supporting Neighbors of West Loop! There will be over 100 different beers from 45 breweries to choose for your samples, and this Chicago weather looks like it is going to cooperate with us!

It has come to our attention that some of the GA tickets that were sold earlier read that the festival takes place from 12pm-5pm. For GA ticket purchasers, this is inaccurate. Here are the facts:

General Admission is from 1pm-5pm. This was always posted correctly on the order page but some of the tickets printed the wrong time. Due to Illinois Liquor Laws we CANNOT let any GA ticket holders in to begin sampling beers prior to 1pm. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused, but we are confident we are all going to have an awesome time! GA ticket holders will receive a souvenir tasting glass, 20 tickets for 3 oz pours of craft beer and the event map.

VIP admission is from noon-5pm, and here’s a list of VIP-only extras:

  • Bloody mary in CH Distillery to start off the day (See NoWL Correspondent Lydia Demange’s blog post on CH Distillery.)
  • VIP Hour to get in and get the good stuff an hour early, starting at noon
  • VIP Tent featuring specialty pours by participating breweries, like plenty of New Belgium Pear Ginger Beer (See Megan Tommasi’s post on New Belgium.)
  • Wine samples from City Winery in the VIP Tent
  • Chair massage by Cielo Wellness in the VIP Tent (See NoWL Correspondent Erin Vandenberg’s post on Cielo Wellness.)
  • Brooklyn Boulders day pass (Lydia also blogged about Brooklyn Boulders!)
  • 25 tickets for 3 oz pours of craft beer – 5 more tickets than General Admission
  • Souvenir tasting glass
  • $10 in food tickets to use with participating Chicago French Market vendors & Kaiser Tiger

You can book or upgrade to get your VIP tickets now!

Both VIP and GA ticket holders will check in at the entrance, located just west of Clinton St. on Randolph St., and receive a map, your souvenir tasting glass, the appropriate number of tasting tickets.

Thanks again for your support! If you have questions about your ticketing or you are not having luck with Eventbrite, you can contact Nick Sickler with Neighbors of West Loop at 312-213-0354. He will get back to you as soon as possible.

We are looking forward to a great day on Saturday!

Cheers,
Brian
